Support Fees and Eligibility
Support is provided at no additional charge to subscribers with an active subscription. Subscription does not limit support for domains. You are entitled to support, unless your subscription is active and you direct your inquiries to products Datso, creating a ticket in the support center on this site www.datso.fr Any other ways to get support, not implemented, even if your subscription is active.
The public forum is not available for reasons of security and confidentiality of clients. Support is available Monday through Friday, except national holidays, from 09:00 to 17:00 CEST.
DATSO.FR guarantees a response within a maximum of two working days.
Use of the Subscription
Although the number of downloads is not limited to, the subscription can not be shared with third parties. Exchange or other methods that allow multiple simultaneous downloads, thus affect the performance of this website and/or cause any damages (inclusive financial, such as the sharing of donwloaded products with third parties) are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription.

Termination of Service
