What include membership ?
If you have an active membership you get unlimited access to all available DATSO.FR products, support and updates.

E-mail with your username and password will be sent to you immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive an order confirmation and your login data, please send an email via contact form.
Will my membership be automatically renewed ?
No, your membership will not be renewed automatically. You will be notified by e-mail about the expiration of your membership. So you can get latest updates, if you wish.
My membership has expired, how can I renew my account ?
If you want to extend your membership, you need to log in to the system using your existing login data. Then, go to your membership where you can renew your membership.
Is there a discount for existing customers ?
Yes, discounts are offered to renew the following memberships: Basic - 30%, Standard - 40% and Developer - 50%.
Can I buy a certain product ?
No, the products are not sold individually. By purchasing an membership you will have access to all the available products with no exceptions.
Does your products support RTL ?
At the moment, no.
What payments do you accept ?
Currently accepted payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
Can I upgrade my membership ?
Yes, of course. To do this, please, go to your membership and click on the "Update" button in the immediate vicinity of your active subscription. After that, follow the instructions to complete the upgrade of your membership.
What happens when my membership expires ?
When the term of your membership has expired, you can continue to use the products that you downloaded during your active membership. However, you can not get access to new releases, updates and you can not get support.
Can I resell your products ?
