I represent 2 updated versions of plugins Content DatsoPic v2.0 and Editor Button DatsoPic v2.0 for Joomla 1.5 (NATIVE). By these plugins, user can add mini pictures from component DatsoGallery directly in site content (news and static content). To use this possibility, plugin Content DatsoPic will be enough, because it processes a special tag in content, but with help an plugin Editor Button DatsoPic you will not need to fill every time a special tag manually, clicking on button DatsoPic, the special tag will be instantly appear in that place of a content where it has been defined.
And now, how to work with these plugins.
1. Install both plugins and publish them.
2. Jump to: Extensions -> Plugin Manager and open Content - DatsoPic
3. In the plugin settings, we have 2 parameters: Image Titles and Max Chars
4. In the first parameter select Yes if you want to show the Titles of images below.
5. The second parameter, if the first was enabled, specify the maximum number of characters for Title of picture to maintain a decent appearance.
6. Save the settings of plugin and go to the next step, adding images in the content.
7. When editing an existing article or create a new, define the position in content by mouse pointer and then click on the button DatsoPic, which is located at the bottom of editor. Immediately after you'll see a special tag:
{datsоpic id= align=}8. How to define image id? Very simply, by the fact, that all modern Internet Browsers support tabs. Open a new tab of your site, go to gallery, select desired category and in it desired picture. In the browser address bar you'll see something like this:
http://www.yoursite.com/datsogallery/detail/5/36.html36 - this is id of needed image.
9. We return to the tab, where is edited or created article with a special tag and in id= type the value of image id that we are identified.
10. In the ending, we should get something like this:
