Will my membership be automatically renewed ?
No, your membership will not be renewed automatically. You will be notified by e-mail about the expiration of your membership. So you can get latest updates, if you wish.
My membership has expired, how can I renew my account ?
If you want to extend your membership, you need to log in to the system using your existing login data. Then, go to your membership where you can renew your membership.
Is there a discount for existing customers ?
Yes, discounts are offered to renew the following memberships: Personal - 30%, Standard - 40% and Developer - 50%.
Can I buy a certain product ?
No, the products are not sold individually. By purchasing an membership you will have access to all the available products with no exceptions.

Yes, of course. To do this, please, go to your membership and click on the "Update" button in the immediate vicinity of your active subscription. After that, follow the instructions to complete the upgrade of your membership.
What happens when my membership expires ?
When the term of your membership has expired, you can continue to use the products that you downloaded during your active membership. However, you can not get access to new releases, updates and you can not get support.
I came in troubles because i want something what i could not find out myself in this system. and i had errors so i contact Andrew Datso. He helpt me very fast and very good. I am happy. And for the people who are complaining about the 21,- euro. Thats just sad. if you count the time between building yourself and buying this it is nothing. I had a problem with the installation but Andrey took the time to understand the issue and sort things out. The problem was nothing to do with the extension but the support was superb. The extension itself is excellent with the wealth of functionality, easy to understand and use.
